Over the course of his academic and professional career, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt has won numerous awards for his performance. As an undergraduate at the University of California, San Diego, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt appeared several times on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received departmental honors with distinction in biology. After graduating from the Boston University School of Medicine with an M.A. in Medical Sciences, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt gained admission to medical school, where he earned multiple clinical honors. Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt then secured an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University Medical Center, Tucson, Arizona. He then finished his fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center. Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt has accumulated various honors during his period of professional training. A nominee for the 2005 Housestaff Teaching Award and runner-up for the 2005 Annual Clinical Vignette Competition, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt received the 2004-2005 Distinguished Research Award for his project, “Cardiac MRI during Sustained Ventricular Fibrillation in an Adult Swine Model,” which he presented at the 2006 Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance in Miami, Florida. In addition, Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt has earned publications in such peer-reviewed scholarly journals as Resuscitation, Echocardiography and Journal of American Society of Echocardiography. Dr. Rajan D. Bhatt currently resides in Tucson, Arizona.
